Production Center

For the production of medium-sized batches. Up to 5 roundtable machines with 6 pressing units on each round table are combined to form a production centre that has a common hydraulic main unit and a central control unit. The individual machines of the centre operate independently and can produce different references according to different process parameters. These machines have two handling stations through which the pressing units are moved stepwise by the round table.  

• Station 1: For removal the finished pads, cleaning the pressing tools and fixing the parting agent
• Station 2: For the feeding and exact distribution of the friction material in the mould, feeding and exact distribution of the Underlayer material in the mould as well as inserting the back plate.
